My Sister tweeted a question about what is CandyCorn? I realised that I knew what it looked like, but had never bothered to lay my hands on some to try it out. As we were off to Sydney the next week, I decided to hit SugarFix in the Pitt St mall, they specialize in American lollies, ice-cream etc. So after my efforts in being the Douchebag in the background (See previous post) on the morning show we headed to SugarFix`s storefront. We went in and grabbed 3 bags, 1 for Kirsty, 1 to try with the family when we got to Ballina and 1 for Christmas in case we liked it(to go with the bag of  “soap” lollies we found, yay, thanks Mary for introducing these to my chrismas menu). Now the ingredients of CandyCorn : Sugar, corn syrup, salt, honey, soy protein, gelatin, confectioners glaze, dextrose, artificial flavor, titanium dioxide color, yellow 6, yellow 5, red 3, blue 1. Thats some sweet stuff.

Verdict : I`ll leave it to the people with REAL sweet tooth`s to eat, bit too sweet for me.
